Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

The short version: We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use advertising pixels. We use your browser's local storage to make the calculator work offline.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, or track your browsing behavior across different sites for advertising purposes.

2. How ORM Calc Uses Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any similar third-party tracking software. We do not track your activity across other websites.

3. The Role of LocalStorage

Our calculators use a browser technology called localStorage. While similar to cookies, it is fundamentally different and much more privacy-friendly:

Because this data never leaves your device, we cannot see it, and we do not have the ability to delete it remotely. You can delete it yourself by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Third-Party Cookies (Cloudflare)

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to protect the site from DDoS attacks and malicious bots. These cookies do not track you for marketing purposes and are required for the site to function securely.

5. How to Manage Cookies

You can manage, disable, or delete cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Since we do not use essential cookies for the calculators, disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the tools.
