At ORM Calc (onerepmaxcalculator.me), your privacy is not an afterthought; it is the core architecture of our platform. We believe you should be able to calculate your strength metrics without sacrificing your personal data.

1. Our Data Philosophy

Most modern web applications rely on a server database to function. ORM Calc is different. It is a 100% static, client-side web application. This means the code runs entirely in your web browser. We do not have a backend database storing user profiles, passwords, or training logs.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

To use all 35 of our tools, you do not need to provide:

Your name, email address, or phone number.
Your physical address or billing information (the site is 100% free).
Any health data, biometric data, or training history.

3. How LocalStorage Works

If you use the "Tracker" feature to log your workouts, or if you adjust plate inventories, this data is saved using your browser's localStorage API.

Device Only: This data is stored locally on your hard drive or mobile device.
No Transmission: It is never sent over the internet to our servers.
You Are in Control: If you clear your browser's cache or site data, your logs will be deleted. We highly recommend using the Export CSV button in the tracker to save backups.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other invasive third-party tracking scripts. We do not track your behavior across other websites. We do not build shadow profiles of our users. If we ever introduce basic, privacy-first analytics (like Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies), it will be disclosed here.

5. Third-Party Hosting & Server Logs

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. When you visit onerepmaxcalculator.me, Cloudflare processes your request and may log standard technical data:

IP Address (used for DDoS protection and routing).
Browser type and operating system.
Referring URL.
Timestamp of access.

6. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Because we do not collect, store, or sell personal data, ORM Calc inherently complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We have no personal data to sell, share, or delete upon request. To exercise control over your data, simply clear your browser's local storage.

7. Children's Online Privacy Protection

Our site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children.
